The MG Co. W2MS-AA-R/UL is an advanced, high-precision signal splitter module. It provides stable DC outputs proportional to your field instrumentation configurations. This space-saving Mini-MW Series module supports a dedicated 100 Ω – 10 kΩ input profile. Consequently, its high-density engineering ensures perfect tracking accuracy for demanding industrial automation frameworks. Furthermore, it splits your process streams cleanly by delivering a dedicated 4–20 mA DC (Load resistance 750 Ω max.) loop on Output 1 and an independent 4–20 mA DC (Load resistance 350 Ω max.) loop on Output 2.
This dual-output module utilizes a compact, plug-in socket base to simplify industrial field maintenance. This design allows for quick installation or replacement of modules without disturbing existing parallel wire paths. Additionally, the unit features convenient front-facing control adjustments. These layouts provide zero and span fine-tuning variables with minimal user interaction during runtime deployment.
The unit operates reliably via a robust 24 VDC (Operational voltage range 24 V ±10 %, ripple 10 %p-p max.) power specification. Specifically, it maintains a tightly regulated operational voltage range and a fast performance loop rating. It mounts directly to standard DIN rails or flat surfaces using the included base socket.
