STOVIL Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing from STOVIL. We strive to provide products that meet or exceed your expectations. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines:

1. General Eligibility

  • Standard-stock items may be returned within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.
  • The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and
    labels attached.
  • A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number issued by STOVIL is required for every
    return.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been altered, cut to length, or customized.
  • Made-to-order, special-order, or non-cancellable/non-returnable (NCNR) items.
  • Products purchased in bulk or large quantities that cannot be resold in standard
    pack sizes.
  • Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Merchandise shipped outside the United States.

3. Obtaining an RGA

  • Contact Customer Service at sales@stovil.com or 770-575-5050 within the return
    window.
  • Provide the original purchase order number, invoice number, part numbers,
    quantities, and reason for return.
  • STOVIL will email an RGA number along with packing instructions. Clearly mark this
    number on the outside of every package and enclose a copy of the RGA email inside
    the box.

4. Return Freight Responsibility

  • STOVIL Error (e.g., order processing error, product defect, shipping damage): STOVIL
    will supply a prepaid return label or arrange carrier pickup at no cost to the
    customer.
  • Customer Error or Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return freight.
    You may either ship the product prepaid or request a STOVIL-issued label; in the
    latter case, we will deduct the freight cost from the final refund or credit.

5. Restocking Fees

  • A restocking fee of at least fifteen percent (15 %) will apply to all accepted returns.
  • The exact fee may be increased, reduced, or waived at STOVIL’s discretion based on
    product condition, quantity, and resale potential.

6. Inspection and Refunds

  • All returns undergo inspection upon receipt.
  • Credit or refund will be issued within seven (7) business days after inspection is
    complete.
  • Depending on your card issuer, a credit may take one to two billing cycles to appear
    on your statement.
  • For items that do not meet the eligibility criteria, STOVIL will notify you and, at your
    option, either return the goods freight collect or dispose of them.
