From a mechanical point of view, the AMSABS 4B is based on the MONORAIL BM roller guide up to a length of 6m. The distance measurement system’s compact housing facilitates the construction of highly compact axes.

A special design of the rail ends for butt joints, when used in combination with the AMSA 3L reading head, allows the carriage to run over the butt joint, so that measuring axes of any desired length can be constructed.
